• Tender all accounts within contractual time frames

• Organise and execute special acceptances

• Maintain documentation and records

• Manage key action dates and service plan

• Organise tri-partite marketing meetings

• Facilitate reviews

• Maintain and foster the relationship between the agency, carriers and reinsurers.

• Liaise with other organisations if necessary to provide the required solution.
